This is going to be a lovely quilt - striking without being overwhelming.
With the layout, obviously I'm less than practised at this (except I spent bloody hours on my hands and knees moving blocks round for Spring Garden Trellis to get an even distribution of the strongest colours), but what jumps out at me is this:
You have 2 blue borders together in the front row in the middle (I'd try swapping the right hand one with the cream bordered block 3 upwards)
And you have two red borders adjacent on the diagonal towards the front on the right - maybe swap the right hand lower one of these with the second block down on the extreme left coloumn which has a darker border.
Damn, that Hazel's a clever lass .... and after two hard days in the garden my brain is fried and I am having trouble just seeing the screen! Beautiful blocks, it is going to make a super quilt.
